There are so many things that have to be concerned and to deal with when we handle one company. Some sorts of problems, including employees in many problems related, keeping a good quality of company’s services, marketing matter, until the safety of all facilities used in all parts of the company, becomes our responsibility if we are in the position as a leader. One of another is important and can’t be separated of each other.

As a good leader, we have to create some comfortable work places for all our employees, especially in manufactory, which is a basic place where our business starts. A great variety of stuff should be assured its existence in order to make a comfortable and safe work environment, such as welding curtains, strip doors, and one that should be not forgotten, noise control considering that factory will be so noises resulted by the machines working during the whole day without stopping. Can you imagine, how could our employee work better if they face a messy workplace situation, which is very noisy and unsafe, for example? There wouldn’t be any good results or goods as we expected, I think!
